I’ve been working out with kettlebells for about six months and figure I may never look like this again. When I’m 80 this might be the photo I show the children who visit me at the nursing home to demonstrate what I looked like when I was “young.”
For the curious, my diet is vegetarian, gluten-free and almost no dairy.
If you’re interested in trying some of the bootcamp workouts I attend, let me know. Will is a great instructor for all levels.

The last exercise of bootcamp class this morning in Balboa Park left me with this view.
You can’t see him in this photo but a tiny bird perched at the top of the tree was chirping vigorous encouragement. Or telling me to give the tortilla chips a rest, I couldn’t really tell.
